CentFix collects only the information needed to match your project with local professionals: the details you enter about the job, your contact information, and your service location.

We share your project details with the verified professionals matched to your request so they can quote. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, at any time by contacting support@centfix.ca.

CentFix is a marketplace. We introduce homeowners to independent home-service professionals; we do not perform the work ourselves and are not a party to the contract you agree with a pro.

Professionals are responsible for their own licensing, insurance and workmanship. We verify credentials at onboarding and re-check them periodically.

You agree to provide accurate project information and to use CentFix only for genuine home-service requests.

CentFix is committed to meeting the accessibility requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and equivalent provincial standards.

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA across our website, including keyboard navigation, sufficient colour contrast, and descriptive labels on interactive elements.
