What counts as a qualified referral

A real homeowner in an area we cover, with a project they actually want quoted, who agreed to be contacted. We de-duplicate against existing CentFix customers before anything is credited, and the reason for a rejected referral is always shown in your dashboard.

The homeowner asked for the service and consented to be contacted.
The property is inside a CentFix service area.
It is not an existing customer or an open lead already in our system.
No brand-keyword bidding, spam, or incentivized traffic.
